Housed in a former car dealership, Warehouse 410 is a refined industrial space located in downtown Evansville, IN. We feature 25-foot ceilings, a mezzanine bar that overlooks the entire venue space, as well as three 14-foot garage doors turning our space into a perfect mix of inside and out. With high ceilings, exposed brick walls and amazing natural light, our space is the perfect canvas for your wedding, corporate event, or next unforgettable occasion.

From fundraising galas and holiday parties to networking events and speaking engagements, Warehouse 410 offers multiple spaces and flexible floor plans to accommodate a wide array of group sizes and event types. Easily accessible for locals and those visiting.

Warehouse 410 managers are your dedicated venue representatives from the moment you book until the end of your event. They are there to guide as you plan your event, and will be on-site to make sure the venue functions properly on your event day.

Classic

With the Classic package, you will receive:

• Correspondence with vendors throughout the planning process and vendor showings
• Confirmation of arrival and services the week before the event
• Meet and Greet all Vendors and oversee set-up
• Communication and Implementation of timeline throughout the event
• Two face-to-face meetings during the planning process
• One final walkthrough the week of the event
• up to 7 hours on your event day (this must be used consecutively)
• 2.5 hours on Friday to decorate the venue.

Set up and Tear Down: Warehouse 410 will make sure everything is styled following the floral installation and catering set up on the day of your event. Warehouse 410 will light all the candles prior to guest arrival. Warehouse 410 will store all boxes from setting up and help gather personal items at the end of the night. Event space must be cleared out by 11:30 PM.

Elegance

With the Elegance package, you will receive:

• Correspondence with vendors throughout the planning process and vendor showings
• Confirmation of arrival and services the week before the event
• Meet and Greet all vendors and oversee set-up
• Communication and Implementation of timeline throughout the event
• Two face-to-face meetings during the planning process
• One final walkthrough the week of the event
• Access to the Decor Closet
• Access the day before to decorate, rafter design not included
• The day prior access for rehearsal dinner (must conclude by 8:30 PM)
• Day of access to the bridal and groom room starting at 10:00 AM
• Reception to conclude by 11:00 PM

Set up and Tear Down: The client may bring personal items to Warehouse 410 the week of your event. Warehouse 410 will make sure everything is styled following the floral installation plan and catering set up on the day of your event. Warehouse 410 will light all the candles prior to guest arrival. Warehouse 410 will store all boxes from setting up. Warehouse 410 will do all of the breakdown and boxing of your decorations and have them prepared for pickup at 11:00 AM the following morning. Warehouse 410 will provide all cleaning services following your event.

Lux

With the Lux package, you will receive:

• Full Wedding Coordinator
• Correspondence with vendors throughout the planning process and vendor showings
• Confirmation of arrival and services the week prior the event
• Meet and Greet all vendors and oversee set-up
• Communication and Implementation of timeline throughout the event
• Five face-to-face meetings during the planning process
• One final walkthrough the week of the event
• Full access to the Decor Closet
• Access the day prior for decorating including rafter design
• Day prior access for rehearsal dinner with bar service. (must conclude by 9:30)
• All day access to the venue for use of the bridal and groom quarters
• Light lunch for up to 12 in the Grooms Room
• Charcuterie spread for up to 12 in the Bridal Suite
• 90 minutes massage therapist in the bridal suite
• Option to use our house DJ
• Reception to conclude by 11:00 PM
